Facing west, the residence has 2 private unheated swimming pools, open in July and August as well as private parking.

1 kitchen area with 2 hobs, 1 fridge-freezer, 1 dishwasher, 1 washing machine, 1 microwave, coffee maker, capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster, vacuum cleaner, dishes... 1 kit 'welcome.
1 lounge area with its sofa convertible into a second 2cm double bed, 140 TV.

1 separate bedroom with a 140 cm bed and wardrobe, 1 window opening onto the loggia, 4 pillows and 2 140 cm duvets, 1 iron and ironing board.
1 bathroom with 1 shower and 1 sink, towel rack and hairdryer, 1 welcome soap.
1 separate WC.

1 very pleasant loggia with sliding bay window giving direct access to the garden via 1 step.
Dining area with storage.

1 enclosed garden, with its hedge and gate opening directly onto the street side where your car will be parked.
With its garden furniture, deckchairs and electric barbecue. 1 awning will protect you from the sun if necessary.

The accommodation is non-smoking.
For our animal friends, on request and after acceptance only.
In winter season, rental only for 2 people, and depending on consumption, an electricity supplement may be requested on statement.
