The rent is exclusive of charges (i.e. your actual consumption of water and electricity will be billed to you upon your departure).
Tourist taxes extra €1,05 per night and per adult.

A deposit of €350 is requested upon your arrival and then returned on the day of your departure if there is no damage or cleaning remaining to be carried out.
