As part of the exhibition Voyage, Gillet, three generations of artists, the Society of Friends of the Museum offers an evocation of the life and work of Guillaume Gillet through texts by Guillaume Gillet, Louis Gillet, Florence Gillet, Rose Gillet, Pierre Schoendorfer, Father Pierre-Etienne Pillot, Henri Besançon, André Malraux, Paul Valéry, François Mauriac. Particular attention will be paid to the history of the creation of his masterpiece, Notre-Dame de Royan, of course!
