Être aidé pour aider – Programme d’accompagnement des aidants familiaux

Are you over 55, helping or accompanying an elderly relative? Come and exchange, share and understand in a friendly atmosphere in a show house.

Other caregivers are going through what you are going through. Professionals (occupational therapist, sophrologist, dietician, adapted physical activity teacher) will be there to answer your questions: management of emotions, relationship with the person being cared for, physical health, meals. Workshop in two mandatory sessions: the second will be Tuesday April 30.
