Maude Gratton graduated from the Conservatoire National Supérieur
of Music of Paris in harpsichord, organ, basso continuo, Renaissance counterpoint.
In 2003, she won 2nd Prize at the Bruges International Organ Competition and was named Young Soloist 2006 by French-speaking public radio. Eager to create a space where music can flourish freely, Maude founded the Il Convito ensemble in 2005 on chamber music foundations. From the spirit of the Enlightenment to romanticism… rupture or continuity? Both, definitely! The Il Convito ensemble invites you to discover this fascinating period of musical upheaval at the end of the XNUMXth century. This program pays homage to the extraordinarily subtle art of Mozart through a profusion of colors and shapes, between smiles and tears. Small and large treasures of great diversity of spirit, through different ages of his production from childhood to the highest maturity.
