About us
Les Moutonniers de l'Estuaire is an association created in 2005 which brings together 5 sheep breeders on the Gironde estuary whose mission is to promote and promote sheep farming in the estuarine marshes of the Gironde.
Inspired by the model of lamb from Prés Salés in the bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, they produce quality meat sold in short circuits.
The producers are:

The association created the brand “Agneau de l’Estuaire”.
