Stress and anxiety are among the most commonly encountered pathologies today. Conventional spa treatment is a specific approach to these disorders; it is undoubtedly the most suitable treatment for treating this public health problem.

The psychosomatic subsidized spa treatment consists of treatment subsidized by the Caisse d'Assurance Maladie. It lasts 21 days, ie 18 days of care.
Thermal medicine has an immense advantage over all other therapeutic approaches: it is natural and presents almost no adverse effects or risk of dependence unlike medicinal products.

The École Thermale du Stress is a concept created in Saujon in 2012 which deploys unique programs with professionals trained in cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) and therapeutic education.

This consists of combining daily balneotherapy treatments with psychological care in a group of 8 to 13 people with comparable disorders. Each theme developed was designed with a group of specialists and is subject to supervision and validation by an expert.
All patients joining the École Thermale du Stress are followed up by an evaluation at the beginning, at the end of the cure and then 3 months (or even 6 months) after the cure.

Located just a stone's throw from our thermal spa, the Philae Thermal Spa area and Saujon town centre, our La Source and Les Thermes residences welcome you all year round in a vast, wooded 50-hectare estate.

In total, 78 accommodations on site, spread across two residences, studios or apartments for 1 to 4 people, 32 of which are equipped for people with reduced mobility.
