Of Franco-Brazilian origin, Luciana Fondacci is the founder of Ti'Pousses, a micro-farm located in the municipality of Chayin Royan Atlantique, since 2020. It produces microgreens, mini vegetables and edible flowers highly appreciated by restaurant owners.

For the cultivation of her microgreens, Luciana Fondacci relies on eco-friendly practices: Natural light, organic soil, zero chemicals, and abundant mulching. These methods respect the environment and guarantee high-quality produce. Indeed, the vegetables become more concentrated and their flavors more intense.
Today, Luciana works primarily with chefs, caterers, and several restaurants gastronomic delights of the region. In parallel, it is developing a new concept aimed at individuals: the living bouquet, an arrangement of edible flowers, herbs and mini-vegetables. She also hopes to open Ti'Pousses to theagritourism and agricultural educationto welcome schoolchildren and curious visitors.
Luciana chose Royan Atlantique to create Ti'Pousses because it was here that she learned French in 2009. She discovered a rich local culture, inspiring cuisine, and a climate that reminds her of her hometown. The region has supported her at every stage of her move: procedures, advice, business development.
