Visite de l'exploitation – Le Paysan du Sel

We discover the work of Brice, a passionate salt worker who produces coarse salt and fleur de sel using medieval methods. In a traditional and preserved salt marsh, we observe an artisanal harvest, free from pollution, in harmony with the rhythm of the natural elements.

We set off to meet Brice for an authentic immersion in his traditional salt marsh. Here, time seems to have stood still: we discover the production of coarse salt and fleur de sel using ancestral techniques inherited from the Middle Ages. In this preserved and pollution-free environment, we observe with fascination the work of water, sun, and wind.

The salt worker shares his passion and expertise during guided tours held on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. It's the perfect opportunity to understand the precise techniques of manual harvesting and savor a product of exceptional purity, directly from the land. Enjoy this special moment in the heart of the salt marsh, reconnect with nature's bounty, and leave with a carefully harvested local treasure.
