We offer you the discovery of all the manufacturing secrets of Pineau, Charentais country wines and Cognac through our guided tours followed by a tasting.

Three thematic visits are offered to you:
- The magic of Pineau and Cognac: Accompanied by a Jules Gautret advisor, you access the technical area of the winery, where the harvest is received and the grape juice is pressed.
It is in the Pineau storage cellars that we reveal the secret of making liqueur wine and the original history of this Charentais elixir. You then discover a more confidential place, where the very old pineaux and cognac spirits rest in oak barrels.
- Discovery of Charentais country wines: Accompanied by a Jules Gautret advisor, you enter the winery. You discover the technical spaces and their installations: destemmer, presses and fermentation vats.
We explain the winemaking methods specific to white, rosé and red wines. The visit also provides access to the liqueur wine aging cellars, carefully preserved in wooden barrels and barrels.
- Treasures of Cognac: Accompanied by a Jules Gautret advisor, you go inside the winery. You discover the spaces reserved for pressing, then for the vinification of the wine intended for distillation.
In the aging cellars, we reveal the history of cognac and the specificities of the Charentais terroir. We then take you to paradise, a more confidential place where the oldest barrels of brandy are kept.
