At the foot of a rare Gallo-Roman tower from the 1st century, the Tour de Pirelonge, in one of the oldest artisanal and family distilleries in the Pays du Cognac, Jean-Marc cultivates originality. Winegrower-distiller, he will present to you the history of distillation and stills (alcohol and perfume), from the origins to the present day, as well as the true and fascinating history of pineau and cognac.
