Established in the Marennes Oléron oyster basin since 1879, the Chironfils company uses all its experience, while respecting tradition, to produce oysters of exceptional quality.
Do not hesitate to sign up for guided tours to discover our profession. From the birth of the oyster to its marketable size, we will explain all the work carried out during the 3 and a half years of growth of the oyster to obtain a quality worthy of an IGP Marennes Oléron.
You will visit the production hut, learn the importance of maturing in Claire, and at the end taste our oysters with the exceptional taste of the Claire de Marennes Oléron terroir.
