At the Saint-Césaire Paleosite, Prehistory is experienced as much as it is discovered.
Located on one of the major archaeological sites linked to Neanderthals, this unique place invites you to a fun and educational immersion into the heart of the origins of humanity.
The visitor experience blends museum space, immersive pathways, and interactive displays. Outside, live demonstrations (fire-making, flint knapping, participatory workshops, etc.), reconstructions of prehistoric habitats and fauna extend the experience within the preserved natural setting of the Coran Valley.
An enriching and accessible outing for all, to understand, experience and be amazed. (Approximately 4 hours visit, cafe-restaurant on site).
During school holidays, also take advantage of a special program with new activities: challenges, workshops, investigation games.
