Hennessy Immersive Initiation

Offered all year round, the Hennessy Initiation Immersive tour is designed particularly for those who are discovering cognac. Embark on a brief crossing of the Charente then enter the Chai des Pavillons, which presents the history and know-how of the Hennessy House through a contemporary scenography. You will notably discover 'Mobilis', a 20-minute immersive virtual reality experience between poetry and high technology, imagined by French artists Kuntzel + Deygas. Then discover an active aging cellar, then taste the emblematic Hennessy VS and VSOP cognacs (served dry, on ice and in cocktails).

Hennessy XO

During a multisensory journey on both banks of the Charente, discover the manufacturing secrets and aromatic richness of an emblematic blend of the House: Hennessy XO Open the doors of the Chai des Pavillons, an old authentic cellar where centuries of history mix with the contemporaneity of a multisensory scenography, and the prestigious Chai Paradis. Then discover 'Mobilis', a new 20-minute immersive virtual reality experience, between poetry and high technology. The highlight of your visit, taste Hennessy XO served neat, on ice and in cocktails, accompanied by XO chocolates

Destination Distillery

From November to March, during the distillation period, discover the Distillerie de la Groie in operation. An ideal experience to understand the complex transformation process of the eaux-de-vie that enter our blends. Your visit includes the discovery of traditional aging cellars including the prestigious Chai Paradis, where some of the oldest eaux-de-vie from the House of Hennessy rest. Conclude your experience with a tasting of Hennessy VSOP served as a cocktail and Hennessy XO served neat.

Destination Cooperage
Hennessy is the last major cognac house to manufacture barrels. Discover its cooperage workshop located on the banks of the Charente, in the heart of Cognac, and meet the artisans who perfect their excellent know-how there and pass their art down from generation to generation. Your visit includes the discovery of historic maturation cellars including the prestigious Chai Paradis, as well as a guided tasting of Hennessy VSOP cognacs in cocktails and Hennessy XO dry.

Destination Vineyard
From May to September, discover the Bataille vineyard and admire the most beautiful panoramas of Grande Champagne. Travel the paths of this certified High Environmental Value estate on an electric bike, dedicated to innovation in the protection of biodiversity and sustainable viticulture. Continue your visit with the discovery of traditional maturation cellars including the prestigious Chai Paradis, then taste the Hennessy VSOP cognacs in cocktails and Hennessy XO dry.


My Carafe Workshop
Located in the heart of the historic center of Cognac, the Éditions Rares workshop is a
prestigious place, usually inaccessible to the public. Our expert craftsmen prepare
the rarest bottles and limited editions from Maison Hennessy. Discover it during this Masterclass and learn the art of laying silk thread, calligraphy and personalize your own 5cl decanter of Paradis Mini.

Hennessy Exception Paradis

A private tour to discover Hennessy Paradis, an exceptional cognac created in 1979 and defined by its elegant and silky character, with finely nuanced aromatic qualities. Discover the House's most emblematic places, including the prestigious Founder's Cellar, a historic building usually closed to the public and housing the House's most precious eaux-de-vie.

Hennessy Exception Richard

The ultimate visit to the House of Hennessy. A special moment of sharing and exchange around its rarest blend, made from some of the House's oldest eaux-de-vie. An initiatory journey through places steeped in history, following in the footsteps of founder Richard Hennessy, born 300 years ago.

Sustainable tourism :
In 2022, Maison Hennessy has experimented with new, more sustainable agricultural models and works without herbicides on 100% of its vineyard. It is continuing its “Forest Destination*” program which aims to regenerate 50 hectares of forest by 000 and it has launched, in Charente, the “2030 Palisses” agroforestry program aimed at planting 1000 kilometers of hedges in 1 years. Maison Hennessy also reduces its carbon footprint at each stage of its activities.
