We offer 2 formulas:
– Rental management: we manage your property entirely, including posting ads on the largest online rental platforms, conducting an inventory of fixtures upon arrival and departure, and supporting your tenants. Cleaning is provided between each rental. An online booking site allows you to track your rentals.
– The Concierge Service: if you have your own tenants, we only take care of the inventory (entry and exit) and cleaning between each rental.
