10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.: Discovery of a wine estate with tasting
Welcomed to a family estate, witness to the wine and oyster farming tradition of the Arvert Peninsula for six generations, you will discover the history and expertise of independent winemakers. Depending on the season, you can enjoy the atmosphere of distillation, harvests, etc. Finally, tasting the various products is a moment of exchange and sensory discovery to understand the aromatic specificities of the estate's range.

12:30 p.m.: Lunch at Éguille-sur-Seudre, the last oyster port on the Seudre, a small village full of character (see menu suggestion below)

14:00 p.m. - 16:00 p.m.: Visit to an oyster farm
Established in the Marennes-Oléron oyster basin since 1879, a family of oyster farmers offers you unique expertise. From the harvesting of spat in the Île d'Aix oyster beds, to the breeding and refining in oyster beds, production and marketing are carried out with expertise passed down from generation to generation.
The visit will be followed by a tasting of 3 Fine oysters and 3 Special oysters with bread, butter and lemon.

16:30 p.m.-17:45 p.m.: Guided tour of Mornac-sur-Seudre
In the heart of the Seudre marshes, Mornac-sur-Seudre reveals itself to those curious enough to visit. Discover this village, labeled "Most Beautiful Villages of France," with your guide: its Saintonge Romanesque church, its alleyways, its covered market, and its typical port. Stroll along and listen to its history...
