10:30 p.m.-12:00 p.m.: Guided tour of Mornac-sur-Seudre
In the heart of the Seudre marshes, Mornac-sur-Seudre reveals itself to those curious enough to visit. Discover this village, labeled "Most Beautiful Villages of France," with your guide: its Saintonge Romanesque church, its alleyways, its covered market, and its typical port. Stroll along and listen to its history...

15:00 p.m. - 16:00 p.m.: Guided tour of a salt marsh – white gold!
Immerse yourself in the history of salt and salt workers on the Seudre, explore the salt marsh to understand the different salts, the basins, the tools, the harvest, the fauna and flora... On this salt marsh, the southernmost on the French Atlantic coast, the salt worker perpetuates a know-how that is neither easy nor restful: extracting the coarse salt and picking the fleur de sel are the daily tasks involved in harvesting the white gold.

• The salt marsh visit may be cancelled in case of bad weather conditions
• For a group of 40 to 80 people, an additional guide will be mobilized to ensure the comfort of all (participants, residents and guides). The tour will then take place in two separate groups.
