L’Aquarelle

In the town of Breuillet, this Michelin-starred restaurant is one of the must-sees! In an environment that invites you to relax, Aurélie and Xavier provide you with a new menu and new emotions.

Several menus are offered in a bright dining room.

In terms of decor, design prevails in the large panoramic room. The contemporary porcelain of a Poitevin craftsman and the branded knives of a La Rochelle cutler sit enthroned on the tables, a sense of detail that fits perfectly with the aesthetic and graphic plates of the Chef.

The restaurant is closed every year: 2 weeks in January, 1 week in June and 2 weeks in October/November.
