Atypical tart shop-sandwich shop where the chef cooks fresh and local products, markets the market, concocts delicious pastries, offers vegetarian recipes and takes care of the presentations: quiches, savory and sweet tarts. In summer he also makes his own bread cooked over a wood fire.
