About
This typical oyster hut was founded in the 50s. In the beginning, it was an oyster establishment dedicated to the breeding and shipping of oysters.
For 20 years, Anna and Benoît have been offering you to taste on their terrace ideally located on the port of Mornac-sur-Seudre, overlooking the channel, the specialty of the region: the mussel éclade is prepared by the minute and cooked under your eyes.
Complete your maritime stopover with a plate of seafood, composed according to your choice, of whelks, prawns and gray shrimps, clams... and of course the Marennes-Oléron oysters raised in their beds and refined in the clearings adjoining the establishment , after watching the sunset.
