We discover La Cabane, a traditional cuisine restaurant in L'Éguille, on the banks of the Seudre.
For over 50 years, people have been enjoying its seafood, fish and meat specialties, prepared with quality and expertise.
Located 15 minutes from Royan, opposite the unusual port of L'Éguille-sur-Seudre and surrounded by oyster beds, you can't help but be tempted by the specialties that combine land and sea.
We enjoy the éclade of mussels on a plank (in season), the parsley sauce of eels, frog legs, fresh fish, meats and other delicacies.
You will discover traditional dishes prepared by the chef with quality products from the local area.
We enjoy simple, homemade recipes, where the taste of the product is highlighted.
We appreciate the way local producers are valued in every dish.
We let ourselves be guided by the entire restaurant team, to make this meal a moment of pleasure and discovery.
Note that the restaurant closes every year from mid-December to mid-February.
