About us
Oyster farmer, producer, it is at "Q Salé" that he offers tastings in his magnificent oyster cabin, facing the Seudre, in the heart of the marsh.
Enjoy a view of the channel and the Seudre, to taste its oysters and imperial shrimp from the Charentais marshes (in season) directly from the family farm.
Specialties: oysters, seafood, mussels, artisanal ice creams and local specialties...
Open from May to mid-September.
Open every day in July and August.
