The concept of this restaurant is to work with local and regional producers, organic seasonal vegetables, fresh products, all recipes are made on site.
Suggestions of the day, vegetarian or vegan dishes, dessert of the day, dessert menu with homemade waffles and pancakes (these 2 products are made from rice flour and cornflower) and homemade ice cream.
