The restaurant offers a menu prepared with fresh products. Each of its creations is homemade by a highly qualified team. To vary the pleasures, each week, a starter, a main course and a dessert of the moment are suggested in addition to the menu. The restaurant is keen to help you discover local producers through, for example, the special Marennes Oléron oysters from a world-renowned oyster farmer or the honey from the Maison des Abeilles Gaborit in Corme Écluse and many others….
Out of season, the restaurant is closed on Monday evening, Tuesday, Wednesday from 13/02/25 to 1/04/25.
From 1/04 to 30/06/25 we are open from Thursday to Monday noon and evening plus the eves of public holidays and public holidays.
In July and August the restaurant is open from Tuesday evening to Sunday lunch and dinner with musical entertainment every Tuesday.
In September we are open from Thursday to Monday lunch and dinner.
