After 12 years in Arces-sur-Gironde, Axelle and Doug set up Le Cottage in the heart of Vaux-sur-Mer in December 2017.
The elegantly decorated restaurant has a large dining room that opens out onto the terrace and the garden.
The chef, Douglas Armstrong, of Irish origin, offers French gourmet cuisine tinged with Celtic flavors based on fresh and seasonal products, favoring short circuits.
Vegetarian cuisine is offered in summer and by reservation out of season.
