An unusual journey: climb aboard the train-restaurant, the Seudre Océan Express, and relive the myth of rail travel over a refined meal. During the trip, discover the landscapes of the Seudre Estuary on a railway line opened in 1876 and formerly dedicated to the transport of oysters.

A unique experience: in a train set with a chic modern decor and equipped with every comfort including air conditioning, you will have the pleasure of tasting quality dishes concocted by the Chef, Henri Lhermite, in order to combine visual and gustatory delights.

Regional gastronomy and know-how: chef Henri Lhermite, 4th generation of cooks, offers you a seasonal menu made up of products from short circuits in little Aquitaine. This passionate about local products offers you high quality dishes thanks in particular to his "local nuggets", exceptional producers of the Charente maritime territory.

- Traveling with an infant is not possible: pushchairs, prams or shell seats are not allowed
- Duration of the trip: 3 hours round trip (no getting off the train is authorized during the trip)

The local products that I cook: fruits and vegetables, fish/seafood, honey, cheeses, spices/condiments, wines, beers and spirits, meats.

Special menu for the holidays :
A special menu can be offered on the occasion of Valentine's Day and the end of year celebrations.
