In Saujon, slightly removed from the scent of the Côte de Beauté, the Roselières restaurant is close to the calm of the banks of the Seudre. In a warm setting, the team offers you gourmet, sincere and committed cuisine with plant inspiration.
Roselières echoes the banks of the Seudre River. Inspired by the nature that surrounds us here in Charente-Maritime, chef Florian Puglia's cuisine asserts an identity centered around plants. A raw, produce-focused cuisine is presented through a unique menu, available in 3, 5, and 7 courses. With a zero-waste approach, the Roselières team now works more than 0% with market gardeners and livestock farmers located within a maximum of fifty kilometers of the restaurant.

In the dining room and especially in the sommelier's office, Julie Vedrenne offers a menu of 250 references, mainly organic and biodynamic.

A holiday menu is available every year. Other special menus are offered throughout the year.
