It is in an elegant and warm decor that the chef, Florian Puglia, welcomes you. Passionate about the Charentais region, he offers you gourmet cuisine whose subtle combinations will enhance local products. In the dining room, the attentive service pays particular attention to the wines: more than 250 references are offered, most of them biodynamic.
The chef's cuisine, focused on plants, comes 90% from our local and committed producers (less than 30 kilometers from the restaurant). We are doing everything we can to get closer to zero waste catering.
