Savor oysters from the family farm, fresh seafood, homemade shellfish dishes, and a selection of carefully chosen local products. Beneath your feet, the old boat slipway evokes the history of the place and its connection to the estuary. The wine list complements this briny interlude in a simple and welcoming atmosphere.
The restaurant is open from April to September, with enhanced service in July and August. Throughout the year, extend your experience at Les Huîtres Rousselot by purchasing oysters raised in the Marennes-Oléron basin and discovering a selection of local products to take away.
