In Chaillevette, Les Marais de Bel-Air offers oysters from their own production and seafood products in the heart of the oyster marshes.
Located in the heart of the oyster marshes of Chaillevette, facing the channels and the oyster beds, Les Marais de Bel-Air welcomes visitors in an environment emblematic of the Marennes-Oléron basin.
The tasting showcases oysters from the family production, accompanied by seafood, in a place where oyster farming expertise is passed down from generation to generation.

From July 1st to August 31st, 2026: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday from 12pm to 2:30pm and from 7pm to 11pm. Friday from 12pm to 2:30pm and from 12pm to 2:30pm. Sunday from 12pm to 2:30pm. Closed on Monday.
From 31/05 to 29/06/2027 Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday from 12 a.m. to 14:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday from 12 a.m. to 14:30 p.m. and from 19 p.m. to 23 p.m. Closed on Mondays.
