Nestled in the heart of the Mornac-sur-Seudre marshes, Les Eaux Calmes offers a natural setting just steps from the port. Here, the cuisine is inspired by local produce and the seasons, using fresh ingredients prepared simply.

The menu features dogfish in parsley sauce, oysters, mussels, and fish from our coast, creating dishes that blend land and sea, accompanied by a selection of wines, cocktails, or infused rums. An ideal spot to savor the moment, with the option to reserve the entire restaurant for your events.
