Established in the Marennes Oléron oyster basin since 1879, the Chiron family offers you unique know-how.
From the harvesting of the spats on the parks of the island of Aix, the breeding then the refining in claires on Marennes and the island of Oléron, the production and the marketing are carried out with an expertise transmitted from generation to generation. .
The Chef offers traditional seafood cuisine. Come and discover all their productions: oysters, clams, mussels and king prawns from Charente Maritime.
Visit of the establishment every Wednesday in July and August at 15 p.m. On reservation until Wednesday 11am. Oyster tasting room at the end of the visit possible.
