The restaurant offers a menu worked with fresh products. Each of his creations are homemade by a highly qualified team. To vary the pleasures, each week, a starter, a main course and a dessert of the moment are suggested in addition to the menu. The restaurant is committed to introducing you to local producers through, for example, the Tremblade oysters from a world-renowned oyster farmer. As for dessert, discover Maëva's cheeses, made in her own cheese dairy in Royan.
Out of season, the restaurant is closed Monday evening, Tuesday and Wednesday.
In season, the restaurant is open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner.
