On the port of Mornac-sur-Seudre, La Cambuse showcases homemade cuisine prepared with fresh, seasonal produce. The fish comes from Royan, while the meat and vegetables are sourced from local producers.
Whether inside or on the terrace overlooking the port and the marshes, tapas, daily specials, and homemade desserts are shared. The menu changes according to the day's deliveries and the chef's inspiration, for a restaurant deeply rooted in its local area, where simplicity and the taste of the ingredients guide every dish.
Reception of groups: 15 people minimum.
The local products that I cook: fruits, vegetables, fish, seafood, honey, cheeses, spices/condiments, wines, beers and spirits, meats.

Opening
From 07/03 to 11/11/2026, open Mondays from 12pm to 18pm. Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, public holidays and weekends from 12pm to 21pm. Closed on Tuesdays.
During the season, open for lunch and dinner, and during the day except on Tuesdays.
Outside of school holidays, open every lunchtime except Tuesday, and at weekend lunchtimes and in the evening.
Schedule subject to weather conditions.

A la carte: from €5 (Tapas from €5 for fish rillettes, charcuterie board, oysters, stuffed clams… also find salads, fish from our fishermen Flo and JC from the boat the Lithomer in Royan and Seb from L'Évasion' as well as a selection of meat.)
