La Cabane Bouron
On the port of La Grève in La Tremblade, La Cabane Bouron is a family tasting hut where you can enjoy oysters, seafood and specialties made with seasonal products.
Located on the port of La Grève in La Tremblade, La Cabane Bouron has been perpetuating a family tradition centered around seafood since 1976. On the terrace overlooking the Seudre channel, you can enjoy an authentic setting in the heart of the oyster farming region.
The menu showcases seasonal, high-quality products: oysters, shellfish, homemade cooked crustaceans, meagre tartare, roasted sea bass, and imperial prawns from the Charente marshes. Moules-frites (mussels and fries) and éclade (mussel bake), cooked under a bed of pine needles, are also among the specialties.
The dishes are accompanied by a selection of local wines, for a tasting focused on seafood flavors and local products.

From April 1st to November 15th, 2026: Mondays from 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays from 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM and from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM. Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM and from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Closed on Wednesdays.
