L'Atelier Royan
This restaurant – wine bar of mountain specialties allows you to enjoy all year round with a variety of pleasures.
The menu offers homemade dishes based on fresh produce that adapts to each season.
We come to the workshop in summer to taste mussels cooked in different ways, but also beautiful meal salads: hot goat cheese, ocean and the traditional Caesar way.
In winter, a change of scenery! The atmosphere is as warm as ever, the service friendly, but we'll treat ourselves to a pierrade, raclette, Savoyard fondue or burgers served with homemade fries.
