At lunchtime, you'll discover market-fresh cuisine inspired by the seasons, with a weekly changing menu featuring several savory dishes to share… or not, and a selection of homemade desserts. The ingredients come primarily from local producers, organic whenever possible, for a vibrant, locally sourced cuisine.
On the wine cellar side, a list of more than 200 organic and natural wines accompanies the dishes, with wines also available by the glass to let yourself be guided according to the mood of the moment.
