In the heart of the Chaillevette marsh, facing the Seudre river, Le Q Salé offers tastings of oysters and seafood in an oyster hut, close to the family farm, for a gourmet break in the heart of nature.
Nestled in the heart of the Chaillevette marsh, facing the Seudre channel, the Le Q Salé oyster hut invites you to a tasting close to the family farm.
Oysters, seafood, and, in season, king prawns from the Charente marshes make up the platters, accompanied by local specialties. Oyster farmers from father to son, the team shares their expertise here in a protected natural setting, between sky, water, and marshland. An ideal stop to discover local production while enjoying the scenery.
