On the port of Mornac-sur-Seudre, Le Parc des Graves perpetuates the oyster farming tradition in an authentic cabin founded in the 1950s. An unmissable address to discover the marine flavours of the Marennes-Oléron basin.
Located in a typical oyster hut on the port of Mornac-sur-Seudre, Le Parc des Graves invites visitors to discover the world of oyster farmers and the region's iconic specialties. From its terrace overlooking the channel, visitors enjoy a privileged setting to savor the bounty of the estuary in a friendly atmosphere.
The establishment is particularly renowned for its mussel éclade, prepared and cooked in front of guests according to local tradition. Marennes-Oléron oysters, cultivated on the farm's own oyster beds and finished in salt ponds, along with other seafood, shrimp, whelks, and clams, complete this gourmet experience focused on the flavors of the sea. Oysters and seafood are also available for takeaway, allowing diners to extend the enjoyment at home.
