About Us
On the port of Chatressac, La Cabane de Chat'sa offers farm-grown oysters, mussels, shrimp, clams, and prawns. Specialties include oyster tartare and grilled mussels, to be enjoyed overlooking the oyster beds, away from the hustle and bustle.
Located on the authentic port of Chatressac, on the left bank of the Seudre, La Cabane de Chat'sa is an oyster tasting hut focused on seafood products.
The menu features farm-raised oysters, also served hot, mussels, shrimp, clams, and prawns, along with specialties like oyster tartare and grilled mussels. Sébastien Seguin, a fifth-generation oyster farmer, shares his expertise and passion here in a peaceful setting overlooking the oyster beds. A gourmet stop in the heart of oyster country.

From 31/03 to 14/06/2026 weekends from 12 a.m. to 14 p.m. and from 19 p.m. to 22 p.m.
In April, May and October: open on weekends only.
From 15/08 to 15/09/2026 every day from 12 a.m. to 14 p.m. and from 19 p.m. to 22 p.m.
From 16/09 to 12/10/2026, open Fridays from 19pm to 22pm. Saturdays from 12pm to 14pm and from 19pm to 22pm. Sundays from 12pm to 14pm. Closed Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
