Facing the sea and the island of Oléron, the Beach Bistro invites you to a gourmet break, whether on the terrace or inside. A seasonal menu, local produce, Marennes Oléron oysters, and fresh fish from the fish market combine to create cuisine inspired by the Atlantic.
Facing the ocean, the Beach Bistro offers an ideal setting for lunch, dinner or simply taking a break, between the panoramic terrace and the room with views of the pool and the sea.
The menu changes with the seasons and showcases local produce: tapas to share, Marennes Oléron oysters, fresh fish from the fish market, and dishes bursting with freshness. The panoramic views, bathed in the light of the sunset, complement a cuisine inspired by the coastline, designed to savor the moment.
