In Saujon, the Auberge du Moulin is located between the old miller's house and the mill room, in an authentic setting by the water.
We settle in inside or on the terraces when the weather is fine to enjoy an environment that blends old stone, wood, and contemporary touches. The spaces, ranging from convivial tables to lounges near the bar, invite us to share a pleasant moment.
