Marais salant de Mornac

In one of the “most beautiful villages in France”, an ancestral tradition continues with its salt worker Sébastien Rossignol.
On this southernmost salt marsh of the French Atlantic coast, Sébastien perpetuates a know-how that is neither easy nor easy. Pulling the coarse salt and picking the fleur de sel are the daily actions for harvesting white gold.
Our products:
All year round: Fleur de sel, Fleur de sel au pineau, Sea salt, Flavored salt (crazy salt, Provence herb salt, seaweed salt, etc.)
Mid-July to mid-October: Imperial shrimp
