Les Moutonniers de l'Estuaire
Created in 2005, the association Les Moutonniers de l'Estuaire brings together five sheep farmers established on the Gironde estuary, with the mission of promoting and enhancing sheep farming in the estuarine marshes.
Inspired by the model of the salt marsh lamb of the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, these breeders produce quality meat, distributed through short supply chains.
The producers are:

– The Conchemarche farm – Maurice Gruget
– Benjamin’s farm – Benjamin Soucasse
– The Prairies of Pallard farm – Lionel Egretier
L’association a créé la marque « Agneau de l’Estuaire ».
