As an oyster farmer in Mornac-sur-Seudre, I offer oyster tastings and direct sales: Spéciale, Spéciale de Claire, Pousse en Claire Label Rouge, and green oysters in season. Tastings are available at the oyster hut and on the terrace, at the foot of the marsh.
All my oysters are IGP Marennes Oléron.
In the summer, I offer tastings and group meals with the possibility of privatizing the terrace space and cabin at the foot of the marshes.
