Huîtres Chiron Fils
Chironfils has been a producer of oysters in the Marennes Oléron basin since 1879. We produce the four qualities of Marennes Oléron oysters: Fine de Claire, Fine de Claire Verte Label Rouge, Spéciale de Claire, Pousse en Claire Label Rouge.
Passionate oyster farmers for 6 generations, we produce all of our products locally, in harmony with nature.

where to find our products?
Sale at the property
From 01/01 to 31/12/2026, Monday to Friday.
On-site sales from 8 a.m. to 17:30 p.m. and orders can be shipped to your home.
Open for tastings in June from 11am to 14pm and 17pm to 21pm. And in July and August from 11am to 22pm every day except Sunday evening.
