Ideally located if you are traveling with a companion (15 minutes from the spa and 700m from Saint-Georges beach), this renovated one-bedroom apartment is situated in a quiet, secure, and tree-lined residence, on the first floor (no elevator). It includes a private parking space.

The apartment, located between an oak and a pine tree, can accommodate 2 or even 3 people with an Italian-style bed in the bedroom (convertible into a double bed in 160 or twin beds) and a sofa bed in the living room.

It allows for remote working with Wi-Fi 6 and a dedicated desk in the room.

Its large living room opens onto a shaded loggia. Depending on your preference, you can eat your meals on the terrace or inside.
It is possible to do your shopping on foot in a local supermarket, at the market or to go to the Super U 2 minutes away by car.

You are responsible for cleaning before your departure unless you prefer to take the €60 cleaning package option, payable on site.

For periods requiring heating, we will ask you to adjust your consumption according to what is indicated on the EDF website (class C apartment).

Sustainable tourism

With a virtuous aim, we tried:

*to reduce, where possible, the use of electrical appliances

– A handheld vacuum cleaner is a small dustpan and brush that goes under the sink.

– The coffee maker is a Bodum French press coffee maker

– The vegetable grater is a mandoline



*to reduce consumption

– using rechargeable lamps

– hot water by installing taps that prioritize cold water, a water-saving shower head

– water for the plants with a terracotta Oya

– electricity by using LED bulbs



*to clean better by using:

– natural products (white vinegar, Ecocert product)

– grey cloths to make windows and mirrors spotless with just water

– reusable sponges


*to put in a box for used batteries

Tips and Suggestions

Ideal for spa guests who come to accompany them. Non-spa guests can easily enjoy the beach, stroll along the coastal path, and admire the architecture from 1900 and the 50s.

Services for cyclists

For those who come by bike, in order to travel along the many cycle paths or go to the beach, a rack is available in the garden to attach the two wheels under the apartment windows.
