Located within the 1200 m² Villa Passe-Rose, a fully enclosed property with an automatic gate and video intercom, the Passe-Rose house is a wooden house with its own parking area and enclosed, landscaped garden. The house has its own video intercom. Additional parking is available on the property if needed.

The 42m2 south-facing single-storey house with a 15m² covered terrace includes a living room with TV lounge (Free box), dining area and open fitted kitchen with all necessary equipment, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a separate WC.
The rental property is not accessible to people with reduced mobility (access to the house is via the terrace; 3 steps must be climbed).
The house is NON-SMOKING.

Bed linen, towels, and table linen are not provided, but you can rent them on the website loclinge.fr (promo code associated with the rental) which delivers on site and has a depot near the rental open 7 days a week.

Free baby equipment available on request: high chair, baby bath, travel cot (with mattress and bedding protector)
Leisure equipment: TV (TNT or Freebox), Board games, Free fibre wifi access.

By bike: Cycle path (Vélodyssée) towards St-Palais, Royan and La Palmyre.
By Bus: CaraBus line n°31 towards St-Palais-Royan and towards La Palmyre.
On foot: The sea is at the end of the street (200m) and the Grande Côte beach is 500m away.

And on foot in the evening, come and admire the most beautiful sunsets of the Côte de Beauté at the tip of the Grande Côte.
