L'Aurore de Royan is a house offering a capacity of 2 to 6 people, weekly rental all year round and by night (3 nights minimum from October to March).

Beautiful, bright, contemporary house for 2 to 6 people, available in 1, 2, or 3-bedroom configurations (no other guests). Fully equipped, single-story, close to the town center and market (10-minute walk) and beaches (5-minute drive or 20-minute walk), in the very quiet Saint-Pierre neighborhood. Features include 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a pantry, a kitchen, a large, comfortable living room, an enclosed garden and a terrace at the rear of the house with garden furniture, sun loungers, a gas griddle, and children's games. There is also a garage plus 2 enclosed parking spaces, bicycles, baby equipment (travel cot, stroller, booster seat, high chair, baby bath, etc.), Wi-Fi, TV, DVD and CD player, home cinema system, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and more.

Weekly rental rates from Saturday to Saturday:
– from October to March (excluding school holidays): from €400 to €500/week or from €80 to €100/night depending on number of rooms
– All Saints’ holidays, Christmas and winter: from €500 to €600/week
– April and May: from €550 to €650/week
– June and September: from €600 to €700/week
– July and August: €1300/week

Possibility of rental for short stay 3 nights minimum from October to March, excluding school holidays…
