Note: although it is not labeled for motor and visual disabilities, the accommodation is accessible for one person with reduced mobility and only on the ground floor and for people with visual disabilities only on the ground floor.
Located in the Pays Royannais, in the south-west of the department, in the main street of Meschers-sur-Gironde, this tourist accommodation is open for rent all year round.
La Maison Grise (50 m²) is an old house, renovated into a gîte with its private terrace.
On two levels, the cottage consists of:
- on the ground floor: a living room of 25 m² comprising a dining/living room area (a sofa bed with trundle bed), a kitchen area, a storage area, a bathroom with walk-in shower and sanitary,
- upstairs: a bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, a private bathroom, a second bedroom with 1 single bed and its private bathroom with sink and shower.
The openings bring a lot of light and clarity to all the rooms.
A welcome booklet is available to occupants. It contains all the instructions for use of household appliances, as well as emergency call numbers, and tourist documentation.
This rental can be associated with another furnished apartment (2/3 people) located on the same property.
This apartment is located in the main artery of Meschers, 50 m from the Tourist Office and the Town Hall, and less than 20 m from the first shops.
