The house is equipped to allow you to enjoy your vacation without stress.
All the rooms stay cool, even in heatwaves, simply thanks to the construction choices, and if you come out of season, the heating maintains a pleasant temperature.
A built-in barbecue is installed in the courtyard, where tables, chairs and garden armchairs and deck chairs allow you to fully enjoy a space reserved for you.
The villa's enclosed park, bordered by the oaks of the ancient Vallières forest, offers you 1000 m² of largely shaded greenery. Between the fruit trees, you can choose a nap or a relaxing sport: ping-pong, badminton... Thanks to the trees and the wind playing in the leaves, even on the hottest days, reading and naps remain pleasant.

Your car can remain in the shade on a closed plot.

Your guests have their own entrance to the first floor of the villa and take advantage of the shaded park to read or take a nap. They have their own barbecue equipment there. They are discreet, and will do their best to help you, whether there is an emergency… or not.
